The indenture of HASH Development Trust was executed on 20 July 2018 by Syed Reyaz Hashmi for the benefit of primarily the local community and also the society at large.

The objectives of the Trust are:

1. To establish and run Schools, Colleges, Education and Research Institutions for the benefit of the public.
2. To provide grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving candidates for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.
3. To establish, conduct, maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature.
4. To establish research laboratories towards the betterment of healthcare of the community.
5. To provide for or contribute to education and scientific research and development.
6. To explore ways for the promotion of socio-economic development of the community
7. To promote, encourage and facilitate research programs and trainings in the field of public health, education and empowerment.
8. To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or under take on loan or lease or hire temporality or permanently and movable or immovable property necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects of the trust.
